The 6th Annual Champions Kids Camp New Year's Eve Gala, December 31st, 2007 was a wonderful night with music and dancing, a live auction, and a special presentation to our 2007 Humanitarian Champion of the Year, Judy Bunch.
  
Thank you to all our cookers and everyone who came out to make the 5th Annual Champions Kids Camp BBQ Cook-Off 2007 another great success.

The Nash family recently sang for the National Exchange Club convention in Orlando, Florida. Thank you to all the Exchange Clubs who have donated generously to Champions Kids Camp.

The 4th Annual Champions Kids Camp New Year's Eve Gala was our most successful fundraiser ever. The 3rd Annual Champions Bar-B-Q cook off was a great success again. Thank you to all of our volunteers, cookers and supporters who made it such a wonderful event.

Jimmy Nash ran the 2005 Houston Marathon in support of Champions.

The Third Annual Champions Kids Camp New Year's Eve Gala was a "Luv Ya Blue" New Year's. With Former Houston Oilers Coach Bum Philips, Quarterback Dan Pastorini, and Star Receiver Mike Barber.

Morgan Pryor completed the 2004 Houston Marathon to raise money for Champions.

Bill Nash presents a six foot tall Champions Kids Camp Bear to Dr. Zo Ann Dreyer at Texas Children’s Hospital. This bear was purchased by Dr. Sam & Lee McManus at the New Year’s Eve auction.
They in turn requested that CKC present the bear to Texas Children’s Hospital.
"Champ" as he has now been named, resides in the infusion room where many children receive their various therapies everyday.

Bill, along with Harold & Tammie Reese and Kitten Bizendine also presented a guitar that day to Dr. Dreyer that they had purchased at our New Year’s Eve auction. This guitar had been signed by many Grand Ole Opry stars and will be displayed in the Johnny Klevenhagen room at Texas Children’s Hospital in his honor.

The Nash Family was honored to be the featured entertainment for this annual event, which benefits The American Cancer Society. One high point, was when the First Baptist Church of Bellaire's children's choir accompanied Nash’s on their title track from their new C.D., "You Can't Say Love Enough." The keynote speaker that evening was George Bush Sr.
